Return Policy

Making sure you are 100% satisfied is our number one priority. We know that having to return a product can be frustrating and time consuming. If you experience a problem with any of our products we've created a simple procedure so it can be sorted out with the least amount of inconvenience.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your purchase was damaged or faulty when you received it, we will gladly replace it immediately, if in stock, or procure one as soon as practicable. You will not be liable for any additional freight in these circumstances.

Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If we sent you something that you didn't order, or sold you something that doesn't match its description, we'll be more than happy to exchange them for the correct goods, or refund the purchase price. We will also pay the additional freight where applicable.

What If You Change Your Mind?

If the item is a normal stock line we are happy to exchange it or provide a full refund if the goods are unused and in as new condition (including any packaging).

If the item has been specifically ordered in for you, and we have supplied it correctly, it is regrettably more difficult to accept for return. In these circumstances we would not normally offer to refund or allow you to return products if you simply change your mind, or if you just don't want them anymore. However, still talk to us, as we may be able to arrange something with our supplier.

In this situation, a restocking or handling fee may be charged at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds will be made by original method of payment.

Warranties

All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
